Pepper Mash Salsa is off the beaten path. Reminiscent of your favorite hot sauce, yet thicker like a salsa and complex as you’d expect from a Santa Barbara product. We use the flavor of peppers which are mashed and barrel aged in the traditional way to bring out a wonderful zestiness you won’t find in any other “typical” jar of salsa. Try it as a dip but don’t be bashful about dipping your chicken wings!
